About the Upper Union Neighborhood Association

The Upper Union Neighborhood Association has been around for more than 40 years, first as the Central Park North Association, and then for many years as the 12309 NA. In 2020 we formally changed our name to Upper Union, but our mission hasn't changed - we exist to preserve the quality of life in neighborhoods on the East Side of Schenectady between Central Park and the Town of Niskayuna. Anyone who lives, works or visits the neighborhood can become a member.
